• Delivery is within 3 working days* from the moment you submit your order.

• Delivery is Monday to Friday and (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).

• If you’re not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

•  If your delivery address is within the following postcode areas your parcel might be delivered by an electric delivery van: EC1-4, WC1 and WC2.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Mac London cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Please note that the Channel Islands do not fall under UK delivery.

Customs Duties And Identification Information

It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order. For illustrative purposes only, we have provided some examples of identification information required by certain countries.


INDIA Consignee is required to provide their Passport Copy/ Voter ID/ PAN (Permanent Account Number) and Authorization Letter (POA) to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
KOREA, REPUBLIC OF Consignee is required to provide their Customs Clearance Indigenous Code (CCIC) or personal identification number provide personal ID number to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
QATAR Consignee is required to provide their Qatar ID or passport copy to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
SAUDI ARABIA Consignee is required to provide their Saudi ID number (national ID number for Saudi nationals or residency permit number for expatriates) to the final mile carrier for customs clearance purposes.
CHINA For China we operate a service that imports the goods for you. You will not need to register as an importer.

Certain countries may also require other certification or information in order for your order to be delivered, which again may delay your delivery (by approximately 7 days on top of the destination’s standard delivery time). If we are unable to obtain the relevant documentation required for your delivery, we may need to cancel your order.


1. Return items with the Mac London tag in their original condition

Items of clothing must arrive with a Mac London returns tag attached. If you wish to return any unwanted item(s), please ensure this returns tag remains attached. Items which are returned to us with this tag removed may not be accepted and may be returned to you without refund.

2. Apply the free returns label to your parcel

To return unsuitable purchase(s) free of charge, apply the free returns label enclosed within your delivery parcel and post the package at your Post Office.

If you are returning your product by post, please include details of your order, your personal details and the best way for us to get in touch with you; otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.
